Obviously, you're not going to pay me until we speak or
build up a trust via email. Once you are comfortable
there are two ways to make a payment: Other than
cash :-) you can use Paypal. Paypal will accept credit
cards or your Paypal account. Read below for more
information.
Payment in FULL is required to secure the apartment.
This includes the deposit, rental fee and the 3% Paypal
charge (if using Paypal or credit card).

Using Paypal allows you to pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express , Discover or your existing Paypal
account. If you use Paypal, there is an additional charge of 3% of the total cost. If you use this option, I will return
your deposit via Paypal and add 3% to the deposit.
Note: Overseas guests are limited to $750USD per day. You will need to add the 3% to each payment.
How Paypal works:
When you click on the 'Buy Now' button, you will be directed to the Paypal Website. On that page, enter the
amount of the rental + the deposit + 3% of the TOTAL. Then click on the button that says you do not have a
Paypal account. You will then be prompted to enter you credit card information. After that, a page will appear
that asks you for shipping information. Simply click on the 'no shipping information is required' button. The rest
is easy and when completed, you will be returned to my website.
NOTE!! The apartment will remain on offer until full payment is received
