The fee for the apartment is $250
per night for 1-2 persons. The fee
is $280 night for 3-4 persons.
($300/325 for holiday periods -
consult the 'Availability' chart to
the right). This is all inclusive. NO
MORE THAN 4 PERSONS at a time.
There is a $400 deposit (deposit
may be more or less depending on
length of stay), which is fully
refundable as long as you leave the
apartment in the same condition in
which it was left to you.

How does this work?
If you are interested in the apartment, please drop me a line and let me know. You
and I will discuss the apartment and I'm more than happy to answer any questions
you may have.
Please NOTE: There is a FOUR NIGHT MINIMUM, unless the duration offered is
shorter than that. The dates on offer are above.
Once we agree, you will need to make FULL payment. Click here to see the
options and/or to make payment. I realize that requiring full payment upfront puts
you at a disadvantage. How can I be trusted, etc? I am more than happy to provide
you with many references of folks who have stayed here (some two, three and four
times) to ease your mind. However, I have to stick by the rule that payment in full
must be made prior to your stay.
I will also ask that you read and acknowledge an agreement I will send to you.
This agreement covers damages, situations where the deposit may not be
returned (it hasn't happened yet!) and the general terms. Once you receive the
agreement, you will need to send me an email stating that you have read the
agreement and agree to its terms and conditions.

As for keys - there are many options. In some cases I will be able to meet you at
the apartment. In other cases I have mailed the keys (happy to give references of
people who have received the keys via mail) and in other cases, local friends have
picked them up. We will arrange what suits you best. NOTE: The deposit will not
be returned until all keys have been received. Loss of keys will mean a $150
deduction from the deposit.
