| About the Apartment |
My one bedroom apartment is located on West 46th Street between 9th and 10th
Avenues, closer to 9th Avenue. It's in a small building on a really nice tree-lined street.
It's on the fifth floor (fourth floor for my European guests) and it IS a walk-up building
(no elevator), but the views are so great once you get there! One word of warning: The
lobby is really ugly!
It is a quiet building, so I am asking that you respect the neighbors and walk softly and
keep the noise to a minimum.
It has high ceilings, really good natural light and is beautifully decorated and furnished.
This is my home and I want it to be nice.
You should note that there is no laundry facility in the apartment or in the building,
however, there are so many places in my neighborhood where you can drop it off or do
it yourself. See for locations.

The living room and dining area. You will have most of the creature comforts here! There's a stereo, deluxe 42" Plasma HD
TV, digital cable, DVD player and a Wii (please let me know if you are interested in playing). There is also a double size 'Aero
Bed' (inflatable mattress) which creates another sleeping area. Just remember, there's no land-line so you will need your
own mobile phone. I have a high speed cable (broadband) modem, but you will need your own laptop to connect.
